Which guild is raiding bored ass content and ruins the bracket cuz of their unwillingness to join BGs.

I looked alot for days for guilds on EU 2 weeks ago and i only found 1 active enough to call a guild, that was Deck me out so thats the guild i joined.

Deck Me Out is clearly the best in EU anyway, and I see nothing but people from the US complain about them not having a decent 60 guild over there, so it's maybe best in world? If not it's up there.

It wasn't Deck Me Out that ruined bgs. The members in Deck Me Out that didnt join bgs have never been interested in bgs so they never stopped actively joing they just never started. As for the few that actively joined bgs and then stopped all of a sudden, maybe they, stopped due to getting GY camped and 2-0 farmed over and over again.
