Transmogging goggles?

So, my main question is can I transmog a hat into goggles? Would I need the proper engineering level when I transmogged them? Could I keep the hat transmogged if I dropped engi? Just curious of the exact logistics of mogging engi goggles. Any knowledge on the subject would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Why would I wear those instead of mogging a 15 stamina hat.

First, can't TM whites, so those are not happening. If you have eng at the time of TM then you should be able to turn your hat into goggles. I see no problem with dropping eng and wearing the hat that's TM to look like goggles. Also, as a P2P, there is no reason why you can't use higher level goggles to TM, then dump eng and still be considered F2P.

An item has to be:

• green quality or better
  
• have stats
  
• must be able to equip it currently
  
• not be blacklisted for being a shovel, fish, etc
  

Unless they consider goggles "silly", we ought to be able to use the model from Flying Tiger Goggles to transmog into our two fishing hats. Per #3, this would require you to have 100 engineering when you try.

As far as I know, void storage has nothing to do with transmogging.



Back to topic:

Tried to mog the engineer googles on my paladin and it worked.

Haven't tested what happens if u unlearn engineering afterwards tho.
