In game mail and contradictory GMs that can't spell

The bridges were burned a long time ago, and I don't really care what people think of me anymore.

Also, I feel I'm being trolled more then I actually troll, I'm just extremely blunt. And if you don't like it,tough shit.

You do care what people think of you. You chose to come back day after day and watch / read / post because someone said something about you. Someone who is " lacking care " wouldn't even come back to the site.

Also, alot of us on here have awesome jobs . We have just learned that this game is worth someone else's money and not ours. F2p doesn't mean that you must be free and broke. /wakeup ( And one day you will, I know it )

So basically, some GMs are douche bags that simply refuse to help, while others are actually good customer service reps and make their customers happy. Paying or not, we are still customers of Blizzard.

It will be interesting to see where this goes....

(Tho I am in full support of yall f2p'ing.)

[font=times new roman, times, serif]That's pretty much the sum of it. GM's are the face of Blizzard in-game. They are ones that deal with players and make sure things are running smoothly so people will keep paying... err, playing *cough* But regardless, no matter what kind of business you run, if your customer support sucks, people will be turned off and move along.

I think of it this way: If you go to your favorite restaurant and get a crappy waiter, do you remain silent and let them continue giving crappy service or do you go to the manager and say something? Well, GM's have bosses too. It's why they have the whole wowgmfeedback addey so you can voice your opinion. The GM survey is like the little card you find between the salt and pepper shakers.
