Lucky fishin' hat over BoA Helm?

Alright, I've seen some twink movies on this website. And I noticed how everyone wore Lucky fishing hat instead BoA - How's that?
 
Before BoA helms came out, everyone used Lucky Fishing Hat for lvls 5-19.



LFH is still BiS for FCing @lvl 5-20 seeing how it gives a lot of armor/stam for a cloth helm.
 
I disagree with LFH always being best for FC. There are situations where it can definitely be the better option, for instance when you are being attacked only by casters such as boomkin/mage/warlock the extra stam is more beneficial. If being attacked by hunter/rogue/retribution/feral etc. (which btw is more often than not what will occur) then armor for decreased damage and strength for increased parry at the cost of ~40 hp is oftentimes going to be of more value.
 
Boa helm for a stats Toon (Mainly focusing on burst damage to burn EFC's/Enemys),Fishing hat for a stam stacking flag carrier or Transmog in 4.3

The Fishing hat is great for those who don't have BoA helm access. Otherwise, I would almost always suggest the BoA helm.
