19 twinks Of the hallowed?

I don't believe 19s nor 20s can achieve. seeing as you have to kill a boss in a very high level dungeon. achievement is called Bring Me The Head of... Oh Wait
 
You have to be level 20+ to be able to enter the instance or you will get the error 'you are too low level to enter this instance' both trying to enter the instance and or trying to recieve a guild summon. most likely.

umm there are a couple f2p twinks that have it already, u just get summoned into the HH party after an 85 leaves.. as far as i know u can get it at 19 also, but i havent done any additional research on the differences of the achievements from 20 to 19
 
the dungeon used for this (graveyard wing of sm) requires level 20 to get into.

so, no, you can't get it on a 19, but you can get it on a 20.
 
If 19's could obtain this achievement I can assure you that several would have it by now. Until you provide proof I won't think otherwise, neither will anybody else.
 
Ive tried to enter SM GY and i get this warning: "You must reach level 20 to enter this instance"

That means you can´t take a summon into the instance.

Only 20+, try it urself if you don´t belive me =)

someone lvl their twink to 20 and get it then get delvld and see if it works!
 
they announced that achievements will be account wide, if that is true then if your main has the achieve...all your players will have it?
