So my guild is gonna do Herald in 1-2 weeks and i made this Chardev, is this BiS?

Pretty much what i went for, was to get decently hit capped, and then get as much mastery as possible, which actually was kinda hard

i would use a gem or two to actually get hit capped, hit is always best

and NMC (your 2nd trinket) is 232



other than that idk...but im pretty sure sober posted one a while ago if you sift through

Step 1: Get armor that is 226 ilevel

Step 2: Get weapons that are 232 ilevel

Step 3: Get to 17% Hit

Step 4: Gem everything with 20 intellect

You didn't need full bis gear to do this in wotlk it isn't needed now just go with 226ilevel shit with 232 weapons get hit cap understand the fight press buttons.

Go with pandoras plea and Dying curse (from naxxaramas)

the hit from Dying curse will allow you to reforge more mastery on gear

Im usualy fire, i pull 15-30k dps in that outside of icc on bosses. (depends on procs), but i might go arcane, since we need the pewpew..

WEll lemme help you out so you don't hurt your raid, You cannot use algalon items, AKA gloves and that cloak may I suggest using the T8 Gloves which are great itemization since you are going to be arcane your 4 piece is entirely useless. For the chest use the Robes of the umbral brute, reforge crit to mastery if you are hit capped. For the shoulders it's hard to say if you are already hit capped use amice of inconceivable horror, since it has 2 gems slots its better than soot covered mantle cause of the itemization, just reforge the spirit to mastery. and your BiS cloak is the cloak off of sarth 25 3d the pennant cloak.



EDIT: Well you can use those gloves and cloak. however the 4 piece is useless if you are arcane.
