Contacting a mod will likely get you a faster answer.

As Eliot said, you need 5 posts to post there. This was implemented to dissuade those trolls that kept creating new accounts on different IP addresses from continuing their behaviour. Why not use this thread to introduce yourself and build up those 3 posts you need.
