Healing Wave is a 2.35 sec cast, almost pointless to try to fake as it's a matter of life or death really due to how crucial it is to get the heal in. Rather than waste time faking I think it'd be better to just take a kick and continue to heal while the Rogues kick is on cd, just a thought really.
