LvL 70 Twinking

I am new to the level 70 twinking. I have a rogue, with xp turned off, but when I go into WSG I had a level 74 in their, everybody else was still 70, but how did a level 74 get into the bracket.



Also, does anybody know of a guide, or one of the best rogues I can check out for BiS? Thanks

The bracket is 70 - 74, this said, a lvl 74 can just turn his experience off and get into the same battleground as you.



I do not know any 70's rogue guide at the moment, but you can check the Stickes thread about both PVE and PVP best in slot list, very helpfull.



Or if you have any question regarding rogues just post them here, i'm sure someone will be able to help you.
