Well, I'd suggest going to a different alliance guild then like MGC or USA. Alliance does not need good people to leave, and they really should take what they can get and keep it.

19s with big egos will be what they are, it's always been like this in the bracket. People play to be "numba wun" in twink brackets since most people are horrible at higher level pvp.
