Old character, is it worth transfering?

I recently activated my old account and found this character (http://eu.battle.net...l%c3%b3r/simple) which I had forgotten everything about. I've been considering transfering the character to my main realm to get access to looms etc, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. I have a couple of questions.



1) How active is the bracket in EU?

2) Are the grandfathered items I have BiS?

3) Are hunters being hated on in this bracket as well?

Just don't use the gear before 29 or they might remove it if you're reported.

Its weird back when i was trying to get my old 29 warrior back i talked to a gm who said he could find a record of the items that my 29 shaman had because i had transferred it and it was still in the data base but he couldn't give them back because the character didn't exist anymore, i was so busy trying to get my warrior back that i never gave much thought to the wording he used, so it MAY have been possible once upon a time or not.
