Not really, just do all the quests that you see in Hillsbrad starting at the border of Silverpine.

You probably didn't pick up an item that starts the next quest that you get from killing a mob for one of the quests. I forget what the quest is called.

I think you're stuck in the sludge fields right?



It should be the quest where you have to kill the two mobs. One of them is sitting on top of something . The other one that pats around should drop the item that starts the next quest.

The Command Board in Silvermoon brings you right to them. along with the sludge caked throwing knives chain.
