Tauren or Blood Elf for Hpally?

I'm wanting to know what's the best race for a holy paladin. Taurens get 27 hit points more than Blood Elfs as level 19 (which isn't much at all) and an extra AoE stun. Blood Elfs on the other hand get 100+ more mana, more crit from the extra intellect, and their racial gives them 6% more mana (guessing around 100 mana; depending on how much mana you have). Taurens have Nature Resistience while Blood Elfs have Arcane Resistience. I'm not sure which race to go with. Anyone have suggestions with reasons of why I should be that race and not the other? If so, please post.

As most CC on 19 is stun and taurens stun shares a DR with it, I'd go belf. Also the arcane resistance is nice for CS and polys.
