Currently on the PTR mailing does not remove TM and also, interestingly, any chants on the item are also TM. So you can put high level chants on a lowbie BoA, then mail it to a level 1 and it looks like an 85 item with 85 chant. Whether or not this changes before it goes live remains to be seen.

In the rules regarding TM I read that the enchant is not moved, and you mailing will indeed remove it. So I wouldn't count it. They just haven't worked that out in time for the PTR.

Many things on the live server aren't what the tooltips say they are, and have remained this way for years. I'm not counting on anything, either it remaining this way, or Blizz making it work as stated. I'm just saying how it works currently.

Perhaps I keep reading over it but does 'mogging consume ie destroy the item where the skin comes from and/or the skin of the item that get's its skin changed? And is the proces reversible?

Nothing is destroyed, and yes, completely reversible.

I haven't read to much up on this, so does this let you change the look of your items to what ever skin you want or can find?
