Don't know, got tired of -800 hp people and haven't been in a 19 bg for months.

It will probably result in more lvl 20-24 xp-off pops.

not sure if this improve the situation. F2p who lock their xp at 19 know what they are doing and are full geared (as full as a f2p can be) or are on their way to do this, at least most of them are.

The 600-800 hp champions are p2p noobs who think they can pwn a bit before lvl out of the bracket.....

Also, considering the XP-Lock option for P2P accounts argueably does have negative consequences for Rodney Raidlove and the other end-gamers that pay for WoW to happen, I wouldn't get the champagne out just yet.
