how does the 70-74 bracket work?

as STUPID as this sounds, do 70's get their own bracket? or are they thrown into the 70-74?





because i have a 71 hunter and don't want to make another level 70 hunter to join this capped BG bracket.

70-74 is one bracket, so all characters encompassing those levels share the same bracket. You can only join arena teams at 70, though if you level afterward, you can still get into arenas (only as part of that team). Characters higher than 70 can still get into RBGs.



Secondary stats (crit, haste, resil, etc.) lose their strength as you approach 74, roughly 8% per level. So if you have 30% resilience at 70, the same amount of resilience will give you 20% at 74 (32% of 30% is 10%, which leaves 20%).
