actually twink has been used in gaming since before most of you 19 "tink" kids were born or knew what the internet was. its a wholly separate term from the gay one. so you all fail on all accounts. youre not cool or trendy, especially mr. denmark over there who tinks he's funny w/ the pedobear av....although if he was to get any pussy in his sad pathetic life im sure he would have to go that route
 
I'm pretty sure the word Twink was in the original handbook that your WoW came with.

Holy shit you're good... I had to look it up, being the geek I am... and I did not realise this. First time in a looong time that wow has in any way shape or form surprised me. Thank you. When we were originally twinking in Vanilla we did not realise what it was that we were doing. We short of figured the term twinking was pulled from another game (I believe it to be Everquest?), and since it was similar people just started calling it that. BUT THE DEFINITION IS actually in the original handbook manual. I'm dumb-founded to say the least...

Twink: A low-level character made more powerful by higher-level characters, usually through gifts of armor and weapons that the character would not normally have at such a low level. Also used as a verb to describe the act of giving low-level characters powerful items uncommon at their level.

We short of figured the term twinking was pulled from another game (I believe it to be Everquest?), and since it was similar people just started calling it that", who is the "we"? i certainly knew what i was doing, lul. and the term twink is older than WoW and did start in other games, but that is cool that they put the definition in their manual - i never caught that and i definitely dont have it anymore
 
Sorry, but none of that is relevant. I've been gaming since before you were born, and it's tink now. You need to learn to adapt. I can't wait till I'm in the 1k club!
