title says it all, in theory it would be possible to get this mount and the 310% speed, does anyone have it? Would blizzard take it away since the only way to get it now is the dungeon que trick?

There are several reasons why 70s cannot attain this mount,



Valentines; Pity the fool is unobtainable @ 70, Due to inability to enter Naxxramas/Culling of stratholme. (Attempted to drop the dummy outside the instances/raid where the zone is still classified as 'Culling of stratholme/Naxxramas, didn't make a differance, couldn't get credit.)



Elders; Elders of dungeons is unobtainable, Several instances required have a 71+ level requirement. (Utgarde pinnacle, Gundrak, etc)



Childrens week; Hail to the king baby: Utgarde pinnacle level requirement.



Childrens week; Bad example: Some of food required has a 75+ Requirement on it.



The only way a 70 could obtain 310% flight, (and the achievement) is to have Ashes of al'ar or a gladiator mount pre-patch, which added 310% Flight.
