other than 19 70 has the best queue times and easily available gear

49's had a pop not long ago. And their is a lot of work being done to get some 39 pops. But the short answer is no, their is nothing right now.

Slightly off-topic;
People need to stop saying 19 and 70 are your only options. Why not recommend they join the effort of getting 39's up and running again? It was mentioned a while back that there were people putting a lot of hard work into getting 39 active again, we should appreciate that and point people into their direction.

honestly, with XP off, BC capped, WotLK capped, these are really it. 29 and 39 fell flat long ago on the battlegroups they migrated too, by the time the merger happened many players have quit or leveled. i have a 29 and two 39's, i would like things to happen, but honestly it will not.
getting players to build 29's and 39's takes time and effort. it takes trust others will do the same to get the brackets going. imo...not there....not going to happen
building a twink for a once-twice a week pop....will ultimately fail too

Obviously trying to get a bracket active will take time, establish a guild on a once active realm (or join one that's got some active) then go to other former hotspots and get in contact with former twinks. Make or join a chat service server to communicate. Set a decided date to queue like 2-4 weeks in the future (time for people to brush up their skills in 1v1s, polish their gear, make a new twink entirely) and keep up the spirits (bg queues aren't broken) eventually you'll get enough interest and maybe get a pop (don't forget to post adverts here and on official forums with number of people signed up to persuade other people who were skeptical)
