White Items Useless Now?

So I was messing around with The Rock, Pendant, and the Lily... I was switching them with my heirloom pieces and they are literally the same now. Each of them give 300 HP (heirlooms and the rings/neck/lily). So those items are now useless?

Would love some insight.

Nope, you have to get to a certain ilvl to receive stats depending on the bracket for example, getting to above ilvl 41 at 10-19 you will receive stats.

Not sure what is going on here but I stil do get stats from those whites even below ilvl41.

But nice to know that ilvl41 is the next treeshold to reach. AGM should do the trick for me. Thanks holy.
