The ability and stam is good for fcing. But with that cd, it might be wise to switch out between use.

The ability has been broken (not working) since Wrath not sure if they fixed it for low lvls now

Well... 1st of all it isn't mean for low lvls to have it, so it might just get the pouch fixed with a lvl requirement if we notify Blizz of it.

I was thinking that, too, but I couldn't see them changing a twink item that's been around for "YEARS" without any consideration. Besides its not really OP so there'd be no reason to.

Yet again.. They still could.

(also its lvl 52. but any high ilvl adds some sort of swagger)
