Also, another source said they're getting rid of XP-off BG's, meaning everyone will PvP together, Twinks, Casuals, and Plebs.

I find it hard to believe that in PvP, WoW will get rid of the gear factor totally. WoW has always been about chasing the gear. Gear has been the carrot that is dangling in front of the mule. Without that carrot, many end game people will go elsewhere.

According to Blizzard (at this early time frame pre-Legion) that's exactly what they're doing. Based on the tidbits of information we've received so far gear will be absolutely irrelevant in inctanced PvP. They have also stated that Enchants, Set Bonuses and Trinket procs will be disabled. Will this make it to Live, who knows.

Just head over to Wowhead and start watching them, they've put out like 20 videos since the Legion news. I don't remember which one and some are over an hour long.
