Warforged & yes Titanforged Invasion Gear

Alright I think I finally have proof of what @artonkn was hypothesizing on one of the threads in regards to the Legion Invasion Gear actually Titanforging. I logged out my main Level 10 Twink Gringotts with an iLvL 15 Warforged Helm and an iLvL 25 Warforged Gloves. This gives validity that the bonus +10 iLvL Warforged is actually the intended Titanforged and if we were not looting them on a lowbies, the Gear would actually give +20 iLvL. This also explains why the vast majority of us are getting far less +10 iLvL WF than we are no iLvL increase WF drops.

If you look at the Armory iLvLs it shows 700 for the Bracers pictured, 710 for the Warforged Helm (without Stat/iLvL Bonus) and 720 for the Warforged Gloves with Stat/iLvL bonus. This gives very good evidence that even Low Level Characters are actually receiving Titanforged Gear, just with a bugged TT.

This also begs the question. Will Blizz fix it so that the Warforged pcs give +5/10 iLvL (instead of nothing) and the Titanforged give +15/20 iLvL (instead of +10)? +20 iLvLs really isn't out of the Realm of possibility if you consider that I have a GF'd Belt at Level 10 that is iLvL 28 and Titanforged is supposed to be BiS so it would seem to reason that it should be slightly higher than even GF'd Gear. Standard Warforged that used to give -1 and 0 iLvL increase is now +5 iLvL (Character Levels 5-89) and the +10 iLvL remained unchanged.

My 19's have warforged pieces that have the same iLvl (24) and stats and the normal items. However, my 19 hunter got a warforged belt with an iLvl of 34. It is by far the BiS (correct me I'm wrong). 7 agility, 10 stamina, 5 crit and 5 haste I believe. I haven't seen a Titanforged item though :(

What he's saying is that iLvl 34 gear is Titanforged but the item is bugged and just shows Warforged.(unless I misunderstand)

@Conq is correct based on what we've found. The +10 iLvL proc is likely the intended Titanforged, while the normal non-iLvL proc is Warforged.

The gear that is warforged with no stat difference whatsoever looks like it's scaling is just bugged for lower levels. I'm hoping Blizzard doesn't remove the higher ilvl gear we can currently get and say something like "It was intended for the max lvl gear only" or something :p. But i'm sure they would have had a hot fix during shutdown last night if that was the case. But stranger things have happened haha.

What I'd like to see them do is just fix the Warforged that isn't giving any bonus. They could justify giving Low Levels only +5 for Warforged and keeping the +10 we have now for the "Titanforged" if they like, but as I said, +10 and +20 isn't out of the realm of possibility due to old GF'd Gear having such high iLvL.

In particular

All gear has a base item level, and a diminishing chance to be a higher ilvl in increments of 5.

Gear that rolls +15 ilvls above the base or higher has the Titanforged designation, instead of Warforged. Titanforged gear ranges from +15 above the base to whatever the max ilvl cap is. So in theory, an ilvl 835 LFR item has an 0.0000000001% chance to roll a +60 Titanforged ilvl 895 version.

I guess the question is "Is Titanforeged already in the Legion Invasions or is that something they will add again as we get closer..."

The thing is it is not necessarily using the Legion scaling mechanic because it is in increments of +5, while invasion gear is 10. I imagine this coming Tuesday we might see ilvl 730 or even all the way to the current ceiling of 750 since it won't matter after (guessing here, I actually do not know how quest gear scales etc) level 105 or 106.

That might or might not net us up to +20 or +30 per slot on low levels. I will not really care if they increase it past +10 for us lowbies, but I would love to get all 9 items that high on my 19 pally >.>

If anything, I am betting on another upgrade item for armor, or Crystalized Fel works on armor as well. Though if they go that route, it is almost guaranteed 98+ (only works on level 100 gear, ilvl 700+).

As I mentioned in this Thread, I'm fairly confident that the +10 iLvL "Warforged" we are getting at lower Levels is in fact Titanforged and my evidence is strong to back that up.
