what does better mean in this context, are we just talking about 1v1s...? or the whole view of a battleground, rsham can easily survive and kill just one hunter

it's not sub rogue and it is better at 20 and 29 1v1 vs survival hunters. to take full advantage, this class should be leveled to 28 where it can really pull ahead.<--BIG TIP

Thing is with boomkin though, you need to ramp up your damage, and it takes far more globals to do damage than survival hunter does. If you beat a survival hunter 1v1 as boomkin it's because,
1) You have 80 astral power going into the fight and you get your wombo combo off before the hunter is attacking you.
2) they are retarded and don't know how to press their burst.
3) they don't have their burst available
4) they are afk.
Be honest. Even if you perfectly bear form the burst (which isn't even that hard to do, you notice the axes flying towards u miles away), you are still dead - it's still 40% of your HP at that point (more if you don't bear form it). And survival hunter doesn't die before you do in straight up 1v1 where you both attack each other at the same time. Sure, if you get range game on him and just dot n run n kite, but assuming you're both going head to head, then you wouldn't really win, unless the 3 aforementioned aspects comes into play. And that's the truth really.
