Should i bring my 29 (near)BIS rogue to 39?

As the 20-29 bracket has become unbalanced and no longer fun to play (imo) i began thinking about leveling my rogue to 39 for something new. Any suggestions on what i should do?

Level a new rogue and come to 39's. It hurts my soul seeing people level finished twinks.

Well the reason i was thinking about bringing him to 39 was i just made a Green Lens of Monkey a few days ago and didn't know what to do with them. Are WW any good at 39 maybe i could role a WW.

I leveled my 29 shammy to 39 because of my grandfathered mog. NO RAGRETS

Rogue is one of the hardest classes at 39 to be amazing at it, if you are confident you can rek it do as you wish, easier to just lvl a new one
