EU+US legion mob scaling numbers

1. does anyone have numbers on scaling of mobs of different levels? i dont have characters of different levels to test and it will be time consuming to make them. im particularly interested in levels 99, 100, 101, 109, and 110.

and some extra info im interested in if anyone is willing to find out:
2. do all the mobs scale the same % or do some scale differently than others?
3. do their hp and damage scale the same %?

I can say that NPC's that are attackable enemies (Neutral or Hostile) do not scale below Level 98. Of my observation it does appear that the scaling tech behind the scene increases the difficulty of NPC's as you Level from 98 > 110. It's more an issue of power than scaling though. As you Level up your Gear doesn't Level up as well/fast as your Character does so you're losing power as you get closer to 110 but the NPC's of each scaling Level are of or slightly higher than the difficulty of the previous Level. I don't have hard numbers on this, just what I've noticed in leveling multiple Toons in Legion Zones.

- 98: Can't test
- 99: (99) Warrior 993,765 - (100) Crusher 1,644,882 - (101) Warlord 5,955,700
- 100: (100) Warrior 1,495,660 - (101) Crusher 2,475,620 - (102) Warlord 10,084,023
- 101: (100) Warrior 1,495,660 - (101) Crusher 2,475,620 - (102) Warlord 10,084,023
- 102: (102) Warrior 2,311,091 - (103) Crusher 3,825,321 - (104) Warlord 14,839,850
- 109: Can't test
- 110: Warrior (110) 5,196,335 - (111) Crusher 8,600,984 - (112) Warlord 31,141,978

Level 101 compared to 110: trash has 28.8% of the hp (3.47x) and bosses have 32.4% of the hp (3.09x).

Level 99 compared to 110: both trash and bosses have 19.1% of the hp (5.23x).

Level 101 compared to 99: trash has 50.5% more hp and bosses have 69.3% more hp.

And it looks like the mobs don't scale from 100 to 101. Maybe this is the same every 2 levels?

i finally found the time to test this out on ptr. i dont have legion nor any game time on my live account.
the numbers you tested for 100 was the same, but the mobs did scale for me at 101.

edit: added level 98

- 98: (98) Warrior 653k - (102) Crusher 1,081k - (103) Warlord 3,914k
- 101: (101) Warrior 2,005k - (102) Crusher 3,319k - (103) Warlord 13,192k
im not sure if theres a bug on live that caused the scaling to be wrong

updated mob hp, assuming level 100 : 100% (makes comparison easier)
level 98: 43.7%
level 99 : 66.4%
level 100 : 100.0%
level 101 : 134.1%
level 102 : 154.5%
level 110 : 347.4%

and for what i wanted to compare in the first place, to compare items of different levels / ilvls. im comparing http://www.wowhead.com/item=141583/sameeds-vision-ring cos its easier to compare only 1 secondary stat, then compare it to mob hp to find its overall effectiveness

scales with level :
level 98 : ilvl 740 : 393 stam, 872 vers (8.99%)
level 99 : ilvl 746 : 416 stam, 922 vers (8.23%)
level 100 : ilvl 753 : 443 stam, 984 vers (7.57%) (will be using this for most comparisons)
level 101 : ilvl 759 : 469 stam, 1040 vers (7.17%)
level 102 : ilvl 765 : 495 stam, 1099 vers (6.76%)
level 110 : ilvl 810 : 754 stam, 1582 vers (3.95%) (i know this doesnt exist, its just for comparison)

compared to level 100 :
level 98 : 88.7% stam, 118.8% vers, 103.7% average / 43.7% mob hp = 237.3% effectiveness
level 99 : 93.9% stam, 108.7% vers, 101.3% average / 66.4% mob hp = 152.6% effectiveness
level 100 : 100% stam, 100% vers, 100% average / 100% mob hp = 100% effectiveness
level 101 : 105.9% stam, 94.7% vers, 100.3% average / 134.1% mob hp = 74.8% effectiveness
level 102 : 111.7% stam, 89.3% vers, 100.5% average / 154.5% mob hp = 65.0% effectiveness
level 110 : 170.2% stam, 52.2% vers, 111.2% average / 347.4% mob hp = 32.0% effectiveness

ilvl 835 : 952 stam, 1737 vers
level 101 : 11.98% vers
level 102 : 10.69% vers
level 110 : 4.34% vers

compared to level 100 :
level 101 : 214.9% stam, 158.3% vers, 186.6% average / 134.1% mob hp = 139.2% effectiveness
level 102 : 214.9% stam, 141.2% vers, 178.1% average / 154.5% mob hp = 115.3% effectiveness
level 110 : 214.9% stam, 57.3% vers, 136.1% average / 347.4% mob hp = 39.2% effectiveness

ilvl 850 : 1094 stam, 1836 vers
level 101 : 12.66% vers
level 102 : 11.3% vers
level 110 : 4.59% vers

compared to level 100 :
level 101 : 247.0% stam, 167.2% vers, 207.1% average / 134.1% mob hp = 154.4% effectiveness
level 102 : 247.0% stam, 149.3% vers, 198.2% average / 154.5% mob hp = 128.3% effectiveness
level 110 : 247.0% stam, 60.6% vers, 153.8% average / 347.4% mob hp = 44.3% effectiveness

ilvl 890 : 1589 stam, 2133 vers
level 101 : 14.71% vers
level 102 : 13.13% vers
level 110 : 5.33% vers

compared to level 100 :
level 101 : 358.7% stam, 194.3% vers, 276.5% average / 134.1% mob hp = 206.2% effectiveness
level 102 : 358.7% stam, 173.4% vers, 266.1% average / 154.5% mob hp = 172.2% effectiveness
level 110 : 358.7% stam, 70.4% vers, 214.6% average / 347.4% mob hp = 61.8% effectiveness

conclusion :
from these numbers, level 98 has the highest effectiveness, even higher than level 101 with ilvl 890. level 99 with ilvl 746 has about the same effectiveness as level 101 with ilvl 850. i didnt take into account all slots or the ilvl 800 quest pieces, but that would make the calculations a lot more complicated.

also, averaging stam and vers might not be very accurate. primary stats should scale the same as stam and other secondary stats should scale the same as vers, but im not sure how to get an overall power from those 2 categories, so i just averaged the gains
