Items usable in unrated Battlegrounds

So I noticed nitro boosts are once again usable in unrated Battlegrounds. I tried to find a list of usable items in unrated BGs but I couldn't find a complete list. Does anyone have one? Specifically I'm wondering if tailoring nets are usable. But also if certain potions, bombs, or elixirs might be usable as well. Really any consumable or on use item that's usable in BGs.

Bombs aren't usable, you can buff up with foods etc before entering the bg but once inside you can't.

Apparently swiftness potions are usable. Makes sense since you can use nitro boosts.
