EU+US how is this bracket in legion?

Ive been doing a lot of 10-19 but have been wanting to get into higher levels, is this bracket in good condition????

it's not bad in U.S if you have the right friends and you're on the right realm, it's rather easy to do raids and BGs daily if not regularly. If US add my btag Themango#11450. i always like helping new 70s or even old 70s

Honestly, it's a lot better than 19's in its current state. The stats seem to be about just right, whereas everyone running around with 5k+ hp at 19 is just fucking moronic.
