Enchants without gametime

Hello! I am planning on getting into the 20s bracket on a rogue, and my game time is going to run out soon. What enchants should I stock up on beforehand for when I get bg gear replacements? I care most about whether elemental force can be applied without gametime, but any enchant information is appreciated.

General rule non vanilla enchants can be applied without gametime while high vanilla ones like crusader cannot. However, there are some exceptions ofc like the Accord ring enchants but Ele force can be applied without

Vanilla enchants and accord to ring enchants cant be applied without gametime, everything is fair game.

Most notables are minor speed and crusader.
