EU+US Dungeon Gear?

New to the forum so im not sure if this was mentioned before but can Dungeon gear proc warforged or titanforged? If it can what IL would it be maxed at?

Timewalking Gear/WoD Dungeon Gear can Warforge but cannot Titanforge. The normal WoD Dungeon Gear can also Proc a Socket -OR- Tertiary Stats.

No dungeon gear will be best in slot for a 99 twink if that's what you're asking. For best in slot gear see my guide on legion twinking at 99.

You have access to (4) Legion Dungeons at Levels 98/99. While they can Warforge they cannot Titanforge and I haven't seen any Proc Tertiary. However, the Dungeon Relics from Legion CANNOT Warforge at this Level range.
