Wait... I know I'm super late with this question (due to my inactivity), but you can actually transmog your level 20's gear, on your linked account, with the Ensembles from the Trial of Valor: The Lost Army quest rewards??? That's awesome!!!
Oh, and in regards to being able to transmog the Azeroth quest gear (up to level 57 if I understand correctly?)... does that include weapons too? Or only the armor sets?
PS: Sorry if these are silly questions, I've been out of it for a while, lol >_<
