EU+US 101 frost Mage twink stats

Hey guys what stats must I stack on the Mage.

Currently sitting at 114% mastery, 25 % versatility, 28% haste and 35% crit

Only 6 % leech as people on my server want 900k gold for leech items

Any advice would be appreciated

if you want a "fun" build for frost mage, i would just go for mastery / vers stacking aiming for like 7k of each, dont bother too much with leech on frost mage since its not meta at all. most of your damage will come from GS with all your cds anyways so might as well go big with it.
If you want a leech twink it would be more effective going with a tank spec instead.
With 7k vers/mastery and like 35% crit its not unrealistic to get 10-15 GS hits and u can get 2 or 3 of them before RoP and IV will run out on a pull. so it is definitely viable.

If you're looking for pvp advice don't take my word then, i made my twink to skin and kill stuff quick not to pvp.
