Neck should be usable tbh from lvl 10, kinda dumb that blizz forces new accounts through bfa but removes its biggest selling point because they are 2 lazy to scale/balance it. Pretty disappointed about that and I didn't even bother getting the neck. Coulda just capped the necks ilvl or something and made all the circles on azurite gear just be unlocked right away but no.....

Yeah I still keep HoA equipped on a druid, guess I'm attached to it more than anything actually useful.
Don't really care that it has no stats but I sure wish I could put Satyr on it...
If only they hadn't rushed the nerf, could've maybe just disabled azerite in bgs below a certain level.
Kinda like they did with 110s in BFA.
Anyway didn't mean to follow this tangent, some very nice items here!
And much as I like the trinket Gryffon, I like the socketed neck with mastery even more. Purple >.

Found in the garden quests in highmountain when you first start, its on use doesnt look so nice until you realize that one tick procs a 70% slow that to my knowledge isnt dispellable by many things (tried shift swapping and it stuck so it is a cripple to druids I can say that) and on a 1 min CD

An easy thing they could have done to balance the neck would be capping the neck level at your level, so if you are level 27, the highest level the neck could go would be 27, would make it less broken.

I've seen how fast you like to go, so it might be very useful to you. Run up, only need to get one proc (can cast while its spraying as well, just gotta stand still) one proc is a 10 second 70% slow, if you wanted a bit more specifics. very overlooked

This item can indeed be engi'd with goblin glider and proc socket+speed. The equip gives you a chance to get speed/leech/avoid/trashproc.

I know this is mostly a pvp centered thread but when I feel like healing dungeons on my priest I like to rock bottled storm trinket from eye of azshara, at 10 stacks it heals for 200+ and triggers holy mastery which is fun. Its super nerfed in bgs though...at 10 it heals for like 50 a sec
