XPOff Arena Season 3 has begun!

Hey guys,

Just letting everyone know that we have cleared the WoW Arena Ladder of characters that have been inactive since before December 14th.

You are now able to start gaining arena rating for the new XPOff Arena Season!

Blizzard reset everyone's rating when the new endgame arena season began, but our Arena Ladder doesn't reflect that rating reset until the owner of the character logs in and back out (activity on that character).

To have your character re-appear on the ladder, simply log in and back out of it!

The Class Mastery and End of Season Awards for XPOff Arena Season 2 will be handed out shortly. Our top priority was getting the ladder up and running again for the new season

Just a heads up to everyone:

Next season Class Mastery will probably require 100 wins on a class, rather than 100 games played total, in addition to its ranking requirement. I want to make sure the badge recognizes players who are willing to challenge themselves in either off-meta Classes, or to become the best of the best at a class that is in-meta. 100 games played isn't a very difficult mark to reach, and going forward I think making the requirements more success-based is going to be better for everyone.

Bracket specific arena titles are still in the works for this season - currently everyone's Class Mastery / Season Title doesn't list the bracket in which it was earned, but we're going to retroactively work to add in those specifications to the Badge tooltip for clarification purposes. We believe that all brackets should have a right to earn rewards, but they shouldn't all be considered to be the same reward, since some brackets primarily consist of levelers while others are very active and competitive.
