correct and the crafted legendary cloth shoulder is 101 to equip with 3 sockets. It was my understanding most people prefer this in their shoulder slot, thus my comment in the form of a question.

Boughs of the archdruid is leather therefore can be used on mail or leather wearers so they wouldn’t be able to even use the cloth LEGO item
