Please make sure you sell this to someone who will equip it and not store in a bank to resell someone with a top geared twink. Not some i28 greens farmer
How credible is this? Have you tried mailing the item to a level 1 to see if there really is no lvl req? Having an item on a high level that surpasses its level requirement sometimes removes any visual alluding to it having a level requirement. @ShinyHero would you like to buy this for your lvl 12 twink?
I was looking for lvl 10 req items for my MW that's boosting some classes to lvl 30 to farm for transmogs when I found it.
Take it out of the guild bank. A lot of old items that have been in guild banks for years have bugged tooltips in one way or another (i.e. old suffixes etc)

It's probably legit. I had one like this some years back. It seemingly had no level requirement at all.
Good storage messes with the items. I don’t think guild bank does. that buyout price is insane. What a find. this item belongs on a 20.

Given how frequently BiS gear changes at lvl 20 bracket, and how scaling works, this item would be a better fit for a level 1 twink. The limited access to gear and how much stat value the toon would gain is far greater at level 1. Additionally, in a few patches it might not even be worthwhile on a lvl 20 (future level squishes, etc). A level 1 can never be squished lower.
