On a lvl 19, I'd assume it drops as ilvl 25. +6 like @Valotian said for specific mobs or instance drops. So ilvl 26 for a 20

Yeah.. But that's assuming the DB is accurate. Wowhead has always been off on things, especially for things that aren't live yet. I just scaled it to the ilvl that matched live. Would be interesting if they were +11 next xpac. But that seems overkill lol
