You gotta start farming legion epics or something useful. Unless you can find someone like the kid that buys the dead parrot in dumb and dumber, you might aswell vendor it or sell it on AH for mog.

Ye but staffs are terrible, you lose so much int. Thats like having the best snowtires in Texas.
If you have mara dagger and strat tome u have 2 epic items and better stats.

I’m gonna use it until I get my offhand socket. Playing a fresh dis preist. I farmed mine up in 15 min today. i about shit myself. I remember back in the day spending 10 hours trying to get one of these.
