steps for trading:
1. You give me gold either on your realm or buying gold on the realm where the relic is (Antonidas or Senjin)
2. I will give you the relic after I got the gold on your realm OR 1:1 against the relic on my realm.
3. You only have to pay now for the realm transfer.
