Hi,

It is impossible to sell it, because you get it in gnome donjon.You must be 200 in engineering,get a delta card Security DELTA Data Access Card - Item - World of Warcraft at the ah or in the non donjon zone on the monsters.

Then you must use it on all the machines in the donjon(a,b,c,d... ) and finally you should get it!
