Just farm them, it isn't that hard. Go into WC and kill the druids of the fang on your 20. If you can't solo enough of it, then queue for it.

The 2% drop rate is 100x higher than Shadowfang/Gloomshroud at 0.02%.

I know but you could still get shadowfang first run and never get gloves of the fang. Its random - thats why i have this posted while im trying to farm it myself AND watching AH. none have shown up.
