WSG/AB gear in TBC - did you need the rep? Or just token's and honour?

Hey guys,

Question pretty much in the title, for example with this item: https://tbc-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=20109 says you need ~300 honour and 20 tokens, did you also need honoured with the rep group? Or just the tokens?
