Wrist spell power enchants and SP in general

So I was wondering how much of an effect does spell power have on damage as opposed to intellect at 20? Does it scale well like mastery or drop off in a similar fashion to vers?

You can’t get that wrist enchant it has been gone for many many years, and yes it gives 13 SP and I’m pretty sure the conversion of int to SP is 1:1
