"World" buffs in BGs

Hello,

Is there any special way, how can I use rallying-cry-of-the-dragonslayer and 60 int buff from borean tundra in BGs? I have seen alot of ppl with those buffs in BGs, but every time, when I try to join BG with any of those buffs, I loose it.

You need to be the highest lvl that bracket allows you to keep any outside buffs. For example (10-19) must be lvl 19, (20-29) must be lvl 29

So this absolutely used to work, not sure about now. There's also a nice rallying cry in south barrens I think, some of the orcs can buff iirc. Obv doesn't persist through death though.
