    hello friends and associates

We have been thrust back into the age of separated battlegrounds. However, this is not a reason to despair. Before, we did not have communities, and sites such as Twinkinfo were not mainstream. Thankfully, now we have both of these wonderful utilities to bring our bracket together and keep it alive through organized events and the casual understanding of when to queue in order to avoid outrageous waiting times for games.

Please do not give up on our bracket. I, like many others, have played 70s since it’s birth as a twink bracket, and this is far from our darkest hour. I encourage you to reminisce on Taziks/synapse/74 prot paladins etc and remember our community is durable not just because of the amount of abilities we have etc., but because we love our expansion and the friends we have made.

I will be working with the more organized Horde players to set up competitive PvP events as often as possible, and will see about making some spreadsheets to track optimal PvP hours etc to try and include late night events for those players who cannot play during traditionally busy hours.

If interested in helping to organize anything, don’t hesitate to reach out. I reply a lot more quickly in game but I’ll do my best to check this site more.

xpoff and xpon players being seperated is not the only reason for people quitting. The item update is what's making me quit and is more of a disaster than longer bg ques in my opinion.

If you quit because of the item update I don’t know why you even capped your level.

Countless new options to farm and the possibility of minor crap quests becoming valuable content, and allowing heroic gear from most expansions being viable again. Yes raid gear not catching update is crap, but all in all I like when bis is shaken up

So, do you like that Blizzard sneaks in an update 1 day before the release of the patch, basically fucking over everyone who invested in BiS BoE's? And do you also like that the word BiS doesn't even exist anymore in the twinking community? Because it's literally impossible in this patch. Do you also like the fact that a person could do a quest once and get an epic upgrade while another person could run the same quest 100 times and only end up with greens?

Yup, alows for more fun and gear choices. Bis being unobtainable is unfortunate but adds an element of surprise to an otherwise dreary system. I’m happy with the change, I’m sorry you are not

Ah yes, BiS suddenly changing and invalidating the previous BiS gear. That has never happened before! :)

Yeah because Blizzard implementing the RNG Casino Roulette that allows any level to get their hands on an epic item by simply doing a quest, has definitely happened before :)

Then you don't know the feeling of finally becoming BiS on a character after all the hardwork. So you can't relate to me.

This has literally happened like 5 times in the ~8 years that I have played in this bracket. I would be very surprised if @Blackberryy hasn't experienced it. Are you trolling?

I'm asking you the same question, are you trolling? You haven't added anything of value to this discussion, just repeating what I'm saying and trying to be funny lmao.

I'm not trying to be funny. I'm trying to tell you that BiS has changed many times before in this bracket (and probably every other bracket too?).

I have over a full accounts worth of twinks, many of which have been bis on multiple occasions, my 70s for example have been meticulously farmed, refarmed and worked on. I went above and beyond especially on my rogue, I spent months of my life in brds farming a ringonly fabled to exist because of Its rarity. I would wager that I in fact have refarmed bis more times on 1 toon than you have on most of your account, and yes, I still love this patch. I hope you learn to love it too

Yes but never in this type of way, the "BiS" you're talking about doesn't exist anymore. And getting good gear has never been as RNG before. You can literally go and do one quest and obtain a chestpiece that is way better than anything else (Soothsayer's Harness). In every other patch getting the best/good gear would mean that you would have to spend millions of gold, transfer servers, farm auction house etc

Then we have to agree to disagree. I think this patch is horrible, the worst one twinking has seen.
