Will you play veteran accounts or still play on a "pure" f2p?

We should make a new specific twinking group, called "Veteran Account Twinking" and it will be seperated from 20-29 just like "F2P Twinking". Problem solved.

The content in such a forum would overlap so heavily with that already found in "F2P" that it would be largely redundant and purposeless. I've initiated a conversation among the staff about how we want to handle this, and ultimately Shane will decide. My argument is for a re-labeling that doesn't include the term "F2P" at all. But as Mesikammen said, this is all only slightly related to the topic, and there isn't much purpose in rehashing the argument.

upgrading your account and then letting your sub run out makes you are veteran account. Or stop paying on ur p2p acc and then thats a vet acc.

Technically, Blizz refer to all of them as starter editions under account status on the Battle.net page, but for us, vet is a previously full account that has no current game time, and trial as F2P. Blizz also use the word trial when they prevent you from creating a DK, except on Moon Guard, where they magically let you level and go to Goldshire for RP DK fun.

Yes. Veteran accounts are any account that sub has expired on.

Yes, there are differences. Apart from being able to use enchants, level profs and gain extra BoAs, vets can join guilds, including when their game time has expired, and currently, F2P have access to the Battle.net friends list, while vet accounts do not. If you log into the website there are obvious differences too.

I understand the "pride" of being a "pure f2p" but don't let that turn into ignorance. Ultimately it's all about having fun, and getting the most out of the game.
