Will GF Dungeon Drops Scale Up?

Will items like Bloody Brass Knuckles scale up too, or are they going to remain ilvl 31?

Stuff that dropped before scaling went into effect is not scaling up on the PTR so far. Nor is legion invasion gear.

Bummer. Just started playing my 29 rogue again with a bunch of old dungeon gear.
