why General Offtopic is not showing up on home page?

Unfortunately, most threads really are not relevant. It is a disappointment that it is not on the front page. Ultimately it is management's decision.

If they are irrelevant to the section they should be moved to off topic section. Don't you think?
I understand your logic behind doing this. Otherwise the front page would be filled with nonsense that had nothing to do with Twinking. But shouldn't off topic threads be moved to the off topic section? If not, we may start seeing a rash of people starting off topic threads in other sections as a result on the off topic section not being shown on the front page.

We already are actively moving (ir)relevant threads to the Offtopic, but unfortunately the barrier isnt binary, but fluid.
