The 2nd buff in the first row is ''love in the air"
The 3rd buff, first row is "tanaan orange"
The 4th buff, first row is "well fed"
The 1st buff, 3rd row is "smitten" (+1xx hp, by kissing Kwee Q. Peddlefeet npc during love in the air event)
2 fort buffs in the 2nd and 3rd row.
The last one in the 3rd row is bear form
Dont know about the rest.
Love in the air is over now, so 6000hp no longer possible

Nah it's like a hot buff, and it's pretty ridiculous, but you gotta work hard to get it. Impossible without high lvl assistance.
