How did u get Cheap Shot and Between the Eyes? Did I miss some update or something? We might be seeing a lot more Outlaws...

I'm assuming these changes are part of 7.1 which hasn't been released yet? It's only on the PTR I assume at this time. The reorganized a lot of abilities at low levels.
For instance, while disc priests lost the absorb mechanic for smite, and also their hard cast healing, they gained atonement in it's place.
Holydins gained beacon, and ret lost the 2 charge mechanic for Crusader strike(level 32 or something for it)
Enhancement gained Stormstrike and Resto gained chain heal
Fire mage gained scorch, which means less hardcasting in situations where you need to be mobile.
Basically almost all classes gained things integral to their class, while losing some other things.

Is there a summary somewhere of all the changes to all classes that is easy to read? I had a quick look around and couldn't find anywhere that had these changes and the new levels of all the abilities etc. I'd like to check out mainly the Hunter changes
Shamans get nothing? If the ptr changes are applied to live, it will change our bracket significantly
-Im on ptr checking out the changes, so far ive noticed 29 hunters will be losing spell interrupts while 20 hunters will be getting harpoon and traps.
-20 rogues losing evasion/riposte and shadowstep, idk rogues might be a lot weaker outside of stealth with no heals but opening they will be stronger with cheap shot
-Mages losing bubble at both 20 and 29, but 29s will have counterspell
-Disc losing shadow mend but gaining flash heal, also losing Plea which will make it a little less op now that you don't have a semi strong spammable insta cast heal
-WW monks getting FoF and disable at 20
-Ret at 20 losing double charge on crusader strike but 29 will keep it
So far it looks like 20 shamans will be getting the totem that slows people (can't recall the name) and stormstrike for enhancement. Most importantly though; wind sheer.......hope the changes make it to live.Shamans get nothing?
Well, there's stuns and other CCs (if you count those as a full silence), though factors like you pointed out are one reason discs are one of the top healer specs currently. Nonetheless though, switching shadowmend to flash heal (or similar) is a good change imho, as it makes disc healing more in line with other healers.I was expecting them to remove shadowmend for disc. It's kinda OP when you can never fully silence them. kicked pen and they use shadowmend. Kick shadowmend and they use pen or plea lol.

Brief overview of priest changes (on current PTR):
Disc: shadowmend is lost (bumped up to level 32), leaving Flash Heal instead. Though 20 priests will gain atonement.
Note: the switch from shadowmend to Flash Heal is also applied to shadow priests.
Holy: For 20s, Holy Priests will gain Holy Word: Chastise (in place of fear), and serendipity.

All of the spell changes for us are listed on wowhead's PTR page. Go to the talent calculator and directly underneath it is a list of spells your spec has. Quick link: http://ptr.wowhead.com/talent-calcCan you screenshot the next page of the book for outlaw and post it? As a 29 rogue im interested to see whats between blind and my level.
